Wynand Louw - - Chief Executive Officer
BSc (Engineering) (Wits), BCompt (Hons.) (CTA, Accounting, Auditing, Tax) (UNISA), CA(SA)Wynand joined Tsebo in 2005 as Financial and Commercial Director of Drake & Scull. In 2008 he was promoted to Supply Chain Director responsible for the procurement and supply chain management activities across the Catering, Cleaning and Facilities Management divisions. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and Chartered Accountant (SA) and has a diverse background that includes working in the Mining Sector as an Engineer (Gencor), Management Consulting (Deloitte Consulting) and Equity Investment (Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank).
Kenneth Fussell - - Chief Operating Officer
Ken graduated from Blackpool Hotel School in the United Kingdom and holds a National Diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations. He's a member of the Hotel Catering and Institutional Management Association and held various management positions with then Grandmet Catering Services (now Compass PLC) in the UK from 1979 to 1984. He became Deputy General Manager at Both Worlds Hotel in Gibraltar before joining Fedics in 1985, taking a position based in KZN. In 1989 he became the Operations Director for Fedics Food Services Transvaal and this was followed by appointments as Specialist Services Director and Managing Director Coastal Region for the growing Fedics organisation. After a period of time in Australia as CEO of an event and hospitality company, Ken returned in 1996 as Managing Director of Fedics Food Services before he was appointed to his current position as Chief Operating Officer in 2004.
Danie Nel - Financial Director
Danie joined the Tsebo Group in 2013 in a divisional finance role. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduated from the University of Pretoria before completing his training at Ernst and Young. His experience includes all aspects of Finance and he has served in different Finance roles across various divisions in the Group during since joining Tsebo. In June 2016 he was promoted to divisional Finance Director of the Cleaning business where he served until December 2018, when he was moved across to assume the role of Finance Director for the Tsebo Catering business.
Royce van der Zwan - - Marketing Director
Royce brings international, multi-industry commercial experience in branding, marketing, sales and business development. He has worked across more than 20 countries in leadership positions for companies such as Accenture, Kraft-Heinz, Nando’s and Tiger Brands. Royce holds a business management honours from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from University of Cambridge, Judge Business School.
Vusani Ntini - - Human Resources Director
Vusani joined Fedics in April 2016 as Regional HR Manager responsible for Inland regions (Corporate and Commercial) and was promoted to the position of Human Resources Director for Tsebo Catering Solutions on December 01 2017. He has 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, responsible for managing and leading people practices in line with business goals and priorities.Throughout his career, Vusani has held different senior HR management and leadership positions for Companies such as Royal Mnandi, Royal Serve Cleaning, Ster Kinekor Theatres, Shearwater Adventures and Private Label Promotion.Vusani holds a Master’s Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources from Nelson Mandela University and is currently registered for a PhD in Employment Relations at University of Johannesburg.
Jack Ferreira - - Projects Executive
Jack started his career in the hospitality industry attending Hotel School in 1977 and received excellent food and beverage exposure in two of the country's finest hotels, The Mount Nelson and The Carlton, the latter of which sent him to Cornell University to attend its Summer School. He joined Fedics in 1985 as a District Manager at SABC and has since held a number of positions, including Operations Manager, Director of Training, Director of Operations and Regional Director. He has participated in a number of value driver projects, including the formation of the Institute for Hospitality Studies, Value Chain Management and the implementation of an Integrated Business System.
Hamid Khan - - Managing Director: Cape
Hamid is an experienced Senior Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry with an exceptional leadership track record. As a proven leader, Hamid translates business strategies into maximum profit commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public. He has a strong operational background gained through experience at all levels of management. Dedicated to maintaining a reputation built on quality, service, and uncompromising ethics. From his early days as an executive with Southern Sun, he progressed up the ranks within Fedics initially in Kwazulu Natal to become Managing Director of the Cape Region. After a stellar tenure of profit growth, contract retention and human capital development he accepted the challenge of growing Fedics’ Middle Eastern business – Karam Fedics – to new levels during the period 2012-2018. Following his return, Hamid was instrumental in the integration of Servcor Zimbabwe into the Tsebo Group as the Managing Director of that joint venture during the latter half of 2018 and early 2019. Today he heads up the Cape Division once again as Managing Director.
Russell Jordan - - Managing Director: KZN and Swaziland
Russell Jordan joined Tsebo Solutions Group in 2009 as an Operations Director, now Managing Director for Fedics Kwa Zulu Natal and Swaziland. Russell has broad experience in the industry that spans more than 25 years across all sectors, of which 15 years has been at executive level. He has managed businesses and served on Joint Venture Boards in most Southern African countries. Russell completed his studies at Wits Business School.
