Sanlammers in Hyde Park, Johannesburg can soon enjoy a meal in their new restaurant, which will meet the same high standards of the one at the head office. The restaurant will open this month.

Arccoding to Ian Erlank, senior manager: Corporate Facilities, following a thorough evaluation process it was decided to operate a “Sustain restaurant” similar to the one at head office, but on a smaller scale. Hyde Park’s existing restaurant is therefore being upgraded. As in the case of the restaurant at head office, the emphasis will be on nutritious food, says Ian. “Fresh and low-fat products will be used, as well as healthy preparation methods. This meal will offer good value for money”. A variety of lighter meals will also be available, such as hamburgers, toasted sandwiches, pastries, scones anr other confectionary, as well as salads, fruit juices and milk shakes.
